In Our Community

How We Serve & Engage

At Arcadia First Baptist Church, our mission is to “call all people to be devoted followers of Christ.
Because we live and worship in Santa Fe, our ministry naturally orients outward — not just inward.

A few examples:

Why We Love Being Here

  • Belonging: People in Santa Fe know their neighbors, and our church aims to reflect that relational unity — a place where you’re known, valued, and welcomed.
  • Opportunity to serve: Because our community is growing and changing, there are seasoned residents and new families alike — open doors for ministry, outreach, and friendship.
  • Mission close to home: Serving right here in Santa Fe means that the gospel meets daily life: homes, schools, jobs, playgrounds. Faith isn’t just Sunday—it’s living.
  • Big-stretch impact: With our church’s history rooted in this neighborhood (since the 1940s) and its forward motion, we are committed to shaping the future of our town for Christ.

How You Can Join In

  • Come to one of our Sunday services or a midweek gathering — we meet Sundays at 10:30 a.m. with Sunday School beginning at 9:15.
  • Get involved in one of our outreach events — for example, the annual Mission: Santa Fe kids-and-family event is a great entry point for volunteering and meeting people.
  • Serve locally: keep an eye out for opportunities (neighborhood clean-ups, community garden work, helping families).
  • Introduce us to your friends or neighbors who live here in Santa Fe — we want to know them, welcome them, walk with them.
We’re excited about what God is doing in Santa Fe — and how our church is part of that story.
We’d love for you to be part of it too.
